The new 2023-24 season has arrived and the Bisons are back in action with more training options for men and women keen to develop their handball skills and have fun learning abou the sport. Training for regular club members has increased to include a joint men and women training session, whilst both men and womens sections have their own dedicated training options as well. In addition, for the first time, the club will be developing sessions specifically for beginners or those who want to have a more relaxed training. Sessions start this week:

6 September - Men at Camp Hill School, 7:30-9:00pm

7 September - Women at Kings Heath Boys School, 7:30-9:00pm

11 September - Joint men and women training, Ark St Albans school, 6:00-7:30pm

12 September - Beginners training, Ark St Albans School, 8:00-9:15pm
