Handball on court

About

South Birmingham Handball Club was originally formed in February 2018 out of a desire to see the fantastic sport of handball grow in the Midlands and particularly in Birmingham. In 2021 we changed our name to Birmingham Handball Club to reflect our aim to see handball grow throughout all of Birmingham, not just the south of the city.

Our vision is to be one of the major handball clubs in Britain and a centre of handball development in the Midlands. We have some way to go to achieve this vision at the current time, but we are excited at the potential in and around Birmingham and know that if we don’t achieve the vision, we’ll have fun playing this great game and make new friends doing so!

Above all, we hope that if you join us, you’ll feel welcomed, you’ll learn something new and you’ll have a great time!

See you soon
