We are delighted to have been awarded a grant by the National Grid Electricity Distribution Community Matters Fund, to run an autumn handball academy for young people at secondary school. This will run from 23rd September until early December and is aimed at young people new to handball as well as those who want to develop their handball skills and techniques. Chris Crocker, Secretary of Birmingham Bisons said, "Thanks to the National Grid funding, we will be able to offer young poeple a subsidised opportunity to find out about handball and to gain some basic skills and learn more about the game. This is just a part of our strategy to introduce more young people to the exciting sport of handball!"
