The Bison boys had another successful tournament in Telford on Saturday, playing against some strong Shropshire, Stockport and Trafford teams. They played brillaintly and it was great to see some of the younger players getting some experience against bigger players. The Bisons were too strong for three of the teams and had a close game with a combined and augmented Trafford team and it was good to see the Bisons play well and play some good handball.

The tournament was the final regional tournament before the main national "open" tournament in Gloucester in June... the results from the tournaments in February and March will decide the seedings for the national tournament, so the Bisons are hoping for a high seeding. This should be an exciting challenge and the best U14 teams in the country will be battling it out! Cannot wait!
