A visit planned long ago is going ahead at the end of February. The Bisons were due to host the girls youth team from Neumarkt Vampires in 2020-21, but the Covid pandemic put paid to that! Instead, the girls are now coming over at the end of February/beginning of March, and will be training with our girls youth team and potentially playing a couple of friendlies. They will also spend some time sightseeing around Birmingham and the Midlands and hopefully building some friendships with our girls!

Chris Crocker, Secretary of the Bisons said: "We're really looking forward to welcoming the Vampires and we're hoping to have some fun in Brum. It will be a great experience for our girls, and hopefully the Vampires will be able to come out in daylight and enjoy some sightseeing around the city. We also hope to be able to spend some time with them and play a couple of games, so overall it should be a great time! Its a really good opportunity for our girls to see that handball is played across Europe and hopefully will be a start of a link between the 2 clubs!"
